مسلمان مسلمان کا بھائی ہے

اسلام عَلَيْكُم

بسمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیم

:حضور خاتم النبیین ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا

مسلمان مسلمان کا بھائی ہے، اور کسی مسلمان کے لیے یہ حلال نہیں کہ وہ اپنے مسلمان بھائی کے ہاتھ ایسی چیز فروخت کرے جس میں کوئی عیب ہو، مگر یہ کہ وہ اس عیب کو اس کے لیے واضح کر دے۔

سنن ابن ماجہ، حدیث : 2246

The Prophet(PBUH) said:

A Muslim is the brother of another Muslim. It is not permissible for a Muslim to sell something to his brother that has a defect without making that defect clear to him.

Sunan Ibn Majah, Hadith 2246

Huzoor Khatam-un-Nabiyeen ﷺ ne irshad farmaya:

"Musalman musalman ka bhai hai, aur kisi musalman ke liye yeh halal nahi ke woh apne musalman bhai ke haath aisi cheez farokht kare jis mein koi aib ho, magar yeh ke woh us aib ko us ke liye wazeh kar de."
